Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of architectural interior design, factory joinery fabrication, and turnkey execution services by KNB Innovations.
1. Quotations & Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
All preliminary estimates provided on this website or via initial phone consultations are indicative. Binding contracts are based strictly on a finalized, written Bill of Quantities (BOQ) following physical millimeter site measurements.
- Quotes specify core board grade (e.g. BWP 710 marine ply, HDHMR) and hardware brands in writing.
- Any site-condition modifications requested after production sign-off will be quoted as separate written variation orders.
2. Delivery & Handover Schedule
Project timelines are agreed upon in writing in the client contract:
- The agreed schedule begins only after: (a) complete 2D/3D drawing sign-off, (b) advance milestone payment clearance, and (c) unhindered civil site readiness (power, water, and flooring completed by builder).
- Unforeseen force majeure events, community association entry restrictions, or government lockdowns are excluded from the timeline.
What you approve on paper is what you get on site. No hidden per-square-foot escalations.
3. Material Standards & Quality Assurance
KNB Innovations manufactures cabinetry using factory-pressed carcasses and shutters with high-grade adhesives against delamination, termite infestation, and structural bowing when used under normal residential conditions.
- Hardware systems (Blum, Hettich, Ebco) follow respective manufacturer specifications.
- Damage caused by external water plumbing seepage, abnormal moisture ingress from unwaterproofed walls, or structural building cracks is excluded from coverage.
4. Payments & Milestone Schedules
Turnkey contracts operate on transparent milestone stages: booking advance, production sign-off before factory cutting, dispatch advance before delivery, and final balance upon snag-list sign-off and handover.
5. Jurisdiction
All contracts, agreements, and disputes arising from our services are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the civil courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
